Description

This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED BUSINESS. Solicitation material is available only by written request. Requests may be faxed to the Contracting Officer at (315) 425-4842. SITE VISIT An organized site visit has NOT been scheduled. Appointments to visit the site may be made by contact Duane Schumacher at (315) 425-4845. ALL VISITORS TO THE MEDICAL CENTER ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE APPROPRIATE VA SECURITY IDENTIFICATION. ALL VISITORS WITHOUT EXISTING VA ID ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO ROOM C145 (FIRST FLOOR), POLICE & SECURITY OFFICE, TO SIGN IN AND RECEIVE A TEMPORARY VISITOR'S ID BADGE. TEMPORARY ID BADGES ARE TO BE RETURNED TO THE POLICE, AND VISITORS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN OUT WHEN EXITING THE MEDICAL CENTER. Work includes all removals, alterations, general construction, and electrical work as required by the drawings and specifications for Miscellaneous Station Level Construction Tasks at the VA Medical Center, 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13210. These tasks include installation of walls and new doors, preparation and installation of a concrete pad to support a dumpster, sidewalk repairs, and installation of telecommunications infrastructure. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code is 233320 and the small business size standard is $28.5M.
