Description

Contractor shall provide Milk, Juice and Dairy Products to the Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Maryland Health Care System with Medical Facilities located at Perry Point and Baltimore, Maryland. Contract period is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005, with a one year option provision. Delivery is F.O.B. destination. NAICS 311511. Procurement is unrestricted. Evaluation will be made on Price, Past Performance, Quality, Method of Date Coding, Ordering. Electronic RFP and any amendments are available for download. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. No telephone requests will be accepted. Proposals due June 29, 2004, 4:00PM local time. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
