- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment and supplies to perform and complete all work necessary for Gravesite Development ? Phase I, Project No. 923CM2001 at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan as required by drawings and specifications. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed-price construction contract. Work on Early Turnover Area to be completed within 230 days and total project work to be completed within 620 days.. NAICS Code 237990/size standard: $28.5 million. The anticipated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. SOLICTITATION IS RESTRICTED AS A COMPETITIVE ACQUISITION LIMITED TO ELIGILBE 8(A) CONCERNS WHOSE APPROVED BUSINESS PLAN IS ON FILE AND SERVICED BY U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, REGION V SERVING THE STATES OF INDIANA, ILLINOIS, OHIO, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA AND WISCONSIN. Solicitation will be made available after June 16, 2004. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/solicitation? Requests for hard copy drawings and specifications can be obtained by contacting Dispatch at Westside & Detroit Reprographics, 37660 Hills Tech Drive, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, phone 248-489-1999 or fax 248-489-7112. Offerors will be charged $150.00 non-refundable deposit for each set of drawings and specs. Deposit must be in the form of a certified check, cashier?s check, or money order, made payable to the ?Department of Veterans Affairs.? All requests shall be on company letterhead to include point of contact, physical mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address. Potential bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the solicitation. A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit is proposed for June 29, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. central time at the Holly Town Hall, 102 Civic Drive, Holly, MI.
