- Description
- The work performed under this project to repair/refinish floors, walls, and ceilings in four racquet ball courts requires furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary to: a) Chemically remove paint from all Fiberesin boards on walls and ceilings and re-paint Fiberesin boards on walls and ceilings; b) Chemically remove paint from interior surface of door(s); c) Paint interior surface of the door(s) to match the color of the wall boards, d) Remove and replace ceiling tiles to match the color of the wall boards; e) Sand and re-finish floor surface; f) Replace racquet ball court markings, and g) Remove and clean HVAC supply and return grilles. All work is located at Building 1201, specifically, Racquet Ball Courts #1, #2, #3, and #4, Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi. This acquisition is Unrestricted and all interested responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered using Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990. The size standard is $12,000,000.00. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation package, specifications, and drawings will tentatively be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.eps.gov on/or around 15 Jun 04 with a tentative closing date of 30 Jun 04. All offerors doing business with the government are required to register in the DOD Central Contractor Registry (CCR) Database prior to any subsequent award.
