- The Northern Region Contracting Center at Fort Eustis, VA intends to award to Jose Mejias and Asociados on a sole source non-competitive basis to provide meals for the JROTC Summer Camp. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5812, Food Ser vice Contractor, small business size standard $6.0 million. Due date for responses to this notice is Jun 4, 2004, 11 a.m. EST. Therefore, in accordance with U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) as implemented in FAR 6.302.1 the government intends to make award to Jose Mej ias and Asociados after close of this notice. A determination not to openthe requirement to competition based on responses receives to this notice is sole within the discretion of this agency.
