Description

On the behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Installations and Environmental (ASA (I&E)), the Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) intends to issue an award in accordance with FAR 6.3 to execute a commercial award under other than full and open competition to Federal Employees News Digest, Inc. Renewal of the following proprietary subscription is: Federal Employees News Digest. The NAICS code is 516110. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This is NOT a request for quotes. The Government is not going to submit a solicitation for quotes. Interested firms may email capabilities statements or questions no later than close of business, June 15, 2004. Phone inquiries will not be accepted, submittals may be sent to Kim Callard at the email address, kimberly.callard@hqda.army.mil. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information that may be provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
