Description

On the behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Installations and Environmental (ASA (I&E)), the Defense Contracting Command-Washington (DCC-W) intends to issue an award in accordance with FAR 6.3 to execute a commercial award under other than full and open competition to John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Renewal of the following proprietary subscription is: Federal Facilities Environmental Journal. The NAICS code is 516110. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This is NOT a request for quotes. The Government is not going to submit a solicitation for quotes. Interested firms may email capabilities statements or questions no later than close of business, June 15, 2004. Phone inquiries will not be accepted, submittals m ay be sent to Kim Callard at the email address, kimberly.callard@hqda.army.mil. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any technical information that may be provided. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
