Description

Reference is made to previously released synopsis for Solicitation No. W9128A-04-R-0013, posted 5 May 2004. This modification of the aforementioned synopsis is hereby issued to amend the following: 1. Revised submission date of Standard Form 255 is n o later than 22 June 2004, 4:00 PM Hawaiian Standard Time; 2. Viewing of portions of the existing roadway by interested parties will be held on 15 June 2004. Contact the Project Manager, Ms. Lynette Oh, at (808) 438-8541 for details and to confirm your att endance; 3. Value Engineering Report, Parametric Design, and Partial Topographic Surveys and other Technical Data can be found at: ftp://ftp.usace.army.mil/Incoming/04POHCT/04R0013. Contractors are advised to review and download all files within the direct ory; 4. References found at the FTP site were prepared by contract. The government has not disqualified the A-E firm that prepared these references from being considered for this contract; and 5. Target design completion date is 4 February 2005. No other c hanges affect the previously released synopsis.
