- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary for clearing and disposal of debris therefrom; excavation of levee material; stockpiling; later replacing and semi-compacting levee material and disposal of materials therefrom; constructing a soil-bentonite slurry trench cut-off wall; fertilizing and seeding, and environmental protection. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. There are eleven (11) sheets in the set of d rawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement with HUBZone price evaluation applied. To qualify as a small business concern, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. Th e supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237990 and Sic Code 1629.
