Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 1,438 rentable square feet yielding 1,250 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Miami Lakes, Florida. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Miami Lakes, Florida within the following delineated area: SOUTH: Highway 75 then 138th Street; EAST: 57th Avenue; NORTH: Palmetto Expressway (826) extended to NW 82nd Avenue; WEST: NW 82nd Avenue from extended Palmetto Expressway (826) to Highway 75. NOTE: A map demonstrating the delineated area is available upon request. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with a minimum of two covered and reserved surface parking spaces. Space must be ready for occupancy by August 15, 2005 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. Owners/Agents: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
