- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, USZA96-04-T-0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The associated NAICS code is 336611 and small business size standard is 1000. Line Item 0001 thru 0081 are repair parts for NSW rib boats manufactured by USMI. FOB Destination to NSWG4, Norfolk, VA. The provision at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete and include a copy of the following provision with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items.
