- Approx Solicitation Issue Date: 24 MAR 2004 - tentative. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services required replace existing A/C and Heating system on top of the roof of Building 593 North at Hill AFB, Utah. Include, but not limited to: demolition, piping, pumps, chiller, air handlers, ductwork, coils, controls, electrical, equipment screen, test and balance, and commissioning.
