Description

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Poisonous Plant Research Lab, Logan, Utah, requires a variety of laboratory equipment and supplies for a new laboratory currently under construction. Deliveries shall be made after August 1, 2004 and after September 1, 2004 as noted in the solicitation from Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., exluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. OFFERORS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAXING REQUEST FOR COPY OF THIS SOLICITATION TO THE ATTENTION OF LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031. POTENTIAL OFFERORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY INFORMATION TO ESTABLISH A BIDDER'S MAILING LIST: COMPANY NAME, STREET ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, FAX AND CONTACT NAME. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE FAX'D SOLICITATION REQUEST TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AS WELL AS REFERENCING SOLICITATION NO. RFQ-026-82HW-04. REQUESTS SENT BY E-MAIL ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. FAX'D QUOTATIONS ARE ACCEPTABLE TO LEE SHEA @ 970/492-7031 ON OR BEFORE JUNE 18, 2004 BY 5:00 P.M. MDT. BE AWARE THAT GSA PRICING TAKES PRIORITY OVER OPEN MARKET PRICING. IF ITEM IS NOT ON GSA CONTRACT, THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FOR ALL OPEN MARKET ITEMS. The NAICS is 339111 with a small business of no more than 500 employees. Specifications are contained in Solicitation No. RFQ-026-82HW-04, which will be available on or about June 3, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency.
