Description

Contractor shall provide services of a local Diagnostic Center, Laboratory or Physicians' Office to perform EMG/NCV Studies (Electromyography/Nerve Conduction Velocity Studies) for eligible veterans as referred by the VA Medical Center, Fayetteville, N.C. Services will be provided at the contractor's place of business located within Cumberland County,North Carolina. Contract will be from date of award through September 30, 2004.
