Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials for Project 568-04-206, Replace Water System Vavles at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Hot Springs, SD all in strict accordance with contract specifications and drawings. Work includes general construction, water utility system alterations, mechanical work, road and walkway restoration, removal work and related items. Construction bidding documents will be available approximately June 14, 2004. There is a refundable $50.00 deposit required for bidding documents. Check is to be made out to the attention of the "Agent Cashier". All requests for the bidding documents are to be in writing addressed to: Contracting Officer, VA Black Hills Health Care System, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. The construction estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid opening is scheduled for July 7, 2004 at 3:00pm local time. The applicable NAICS code is 234910, Water, Sewer and Pipeline Construction. This procurement is set aside for small businesses.
