Description

This combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The Northern American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 337211 and employee size standard is 500 employees. The proposed contract listed is set aside for small business concerns. Items must be manufactured by a small business. ITEM DESCRIPTION: This requirement is for the purchase of one rectangle conference table 48? wide x 12? long, supported by three sets of legs, made of light oak and has a drawer, and with 320 Missile Squadron patch inlaid on one end. Build and install 6 special cabinets; Cabinet ?A? is 13?9? L x 30? W x 50? H, and is 3 parts (main, south, and north ends) cabinet ?B? is a corner unit 41-1/2? W x 41? L x 8? H with 3 shelves on top part and 1 shelf on bottom, cabinet ?C? is 43? L x 33? W x 36? H, cabinet ?D? is 55? L x 33? W x 62? H, cabinet ?E? is 11? L x 30? W x 30? H made in a desk type fashion with 3 center drawers. Cabinet ?F? is 72? L x 30? W x 30? H in a desk type fashion with a center drawer and a 14? wide one shelf on left side. Recommend vendor verify measurements prior to making cabinets. Rectangle conference table 42? x 8? made of light oak and has the 37 HF patch inlaid on one end. All pricing will be broken out per unit price and extended price, to include FOB Destination to FE Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860. The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition with the blanks filled in as follows: Request for Quotation will be evaluated for price and compatibility with specifications. The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Quotes shall include pricing information to include material unit price and extended total as well as the completed provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. No addenda apply.
