(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for rental of a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solici tation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This request for quotation (RFQ) number is W912CZ-04-T-0042. (iii) This RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisitio n Circular (FAC) 2001-18. (iv) The applicable NAICS is 335311 (v) This RFQ contains eight line items: All items except the shipping are: TRANSFORMER, Single Phaxe, High Voltage, Step Down to be wired for a Delta Pump system. Primary Voltage 7200/1240Y, Secondary Voltage 240/120, pole mounted. Following are the item descriptions: 5 KVA, Single Phase, 6 each; 10 KVA, Single Phase, 6 each; 15 KVA, Single Phase, 6 each; 20 KVA, Single Phase, 3 each; 37.5 KVA, Single Phase, 3 each; 50 KVA, Single Phase, 3 each; 75 KVA, Single Phase, 3 each; and Shipping to Ft. Greely, Alaska 99737. These items are FOB Destination to Ft. Greely, Alaska.
