Description

The contractor shall develop and deploy one or more conjoint automated surveys, develop a participant screener document, and a Computer Assisted Personal Interview (CAPI) which provides data on the values potential recruits place on the various incen tive mixes available for various target Career Management Fields (CMF). NAICS 541910 with a size standard of $6M applies to this requirement. This acquisition is unrestricted. The solicitation will be issued on or about 8 June 2004 with proposals due on or about 29 June 2004. The solicitation will be posted on the Fort Knox homepage website at www.knox.army.mil/garrison/doc/contracting_opportunities.htm on or about 8 June 2004. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled.
