Description: This had been inadvertently released as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This is hereby modified as a Note 22, sole source announcement. This will be a sole source 5-year FFP Requirements Contract with J. I. Case for 500 Diesel Engines for the M4K Rough Terrain Material Handling Equipment Forklift. The contract will be for a total of 500 Diesel Engines at the rate of 100 per year, each with a Modification Kit that will fit the M4K with few if any configuration changes and then only minor ones, so the Depot can change the old engine with the new engine.
