- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov Website on or about 07/19/2004. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 238350. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitations and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. The work under this contract includes general construction; providing and installing steel windows and framing, replacing wood panel doors and removing existing windows, security gates, wood windows and framing and steel double-hung windows. Work includes cleaning paint from existing stone and painting 170 window & door alcoves, refinishing wood magazine doors, patch concrete window sills, and remove and dispose of existing electrical conduit. Performance of contract is located at historic Ft. Tompkins, located in Fort Wadsworth, NY, Staten Island Unit of GATE NPS.
