Description: This is an open-quantity IDIQ RFP for QTVR services. The entire process is being conducted electronically and all information related to this RFP can be found at http://www.nasm.si.edu/interact/qtvr/uhc/idiq/ (the earlier one had firewall issues that we are still seeking to resolve). We expect to issue multiple awards, though this is ultimately a matter of Smithsonian discretion. We will also be simultaneously awarding the first task order for services under this issue.
