Description

RFQ 41103-010-4 is hereby amended to include the following: FAR Clause 52.223-2, Hazardous Material Identification and Material (Jan 1997) is incorporated. - Used batteries received by the contractor from the Government in exchange for new units will be recycled/disposed of in accordance with Federal Regulation 40 CFR 266 and IL EPA Administration Code 726 (if disposed of in Illinois)and in accordance with any applicable regulations within the state in which the batteris will be recycled/disposed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAY-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 02-JUN-2004, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
