- Description
- The proposed acquisition is a sole source requirement for a subscription provided by Nielsen Media Research. The specific items being purchased are as follows: 1) Galaxy Lightning (includes access to Broadcast, Cable, and Syndication Data) and 2) MarketBreaks. Nielsen Media Research is the only responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy the agencies requirements. The contract will be for a base year plus two one-year options. A complete copy of the Request for Quotation is attached. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
