Description

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT OF A-76 STUDY FOR CAMPUS OPERATIONS AT THE ARMED FORCES RETIREMENT HOME, GULFPORT, MS. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the public/private competition, in accordance with OMB Circular No. A-76 (revised), dated May 29, 2004, for the facilities, HVAC, and logistics (supply and transportation) services currently being performed by 30 Government FTE in Gulfport, MS. A streamlined competition will be conducted with an estimated completion date of August 31, 2004. The CSO for this competition is Steve McManus. The ATO is Ralph Marshall, and the Contracting Officer is Kathy Spainhower. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
