- Description
- DESC: Capital District Contracting Center intends to procure a contract for Post wide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army at Fort Belvoir, VA. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, transportation, storage facilities, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all custodial services as specified in the performance work statement. This is a competitive 8 (a) Set-Aside procurement. The Government intends to award Firm-Fixed Price contract with a tentative base period beginning May 1, 2004 through April 30, 2005, with four one year option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561720 and the size standard is $14.0 Million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about April 5, 2004 and the solicitation number will be W91QV1-04-B-0002.
