Description

SPECIAL NEEDS (WHEELCHAIR/STRETCHER) PATIENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Brevard County Community Outreach Clinic, 2900 Veterans Way, Viera, Florida. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks service providers who are licensed/authorized to provide these services in Brevard County Florida, with the intent to set up two or more price-competitive Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) to service the Brevard clinic. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and other Veteran-Owned small businesses are especially invited to pursue this opportunity. We will request input from qualified/experienced service providers regarding our draft BPA and Statement of Work, seeking industry “best practice” solutions for this service. Fair and reasonable pricing, capability, and performance on other accounts will be considered for determining the BPA awardees. NOTE: the Service Contract Act applies, and a minimum Wage Determination will be incorporated into the BPAs.
