Description
This is a market survey to determine if adequate sources exist that are capable of satisfying ISEC’s requirement for an Intelligent Optical Transport Network requirements for the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command, Fort H uachuca, Arizona. USAISEC is seeking white papers for the topic of Intelligent Optical Transport Network on the requirement to identify a method for a cost effective solution and whether or not the Government needs can be met by commercial or non-commerci al items. A document entitled Intelligent Optical Transport Network Requirements for a Baseline Market Survey has been posted on the CECOM Acquisition Center’s Business Opportunities Page (I-BOP). This requirement will be conducted on the CECOM Acqu isition Center’s Business Opportunities Page (I-BOP) at Internet site https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/ibophome.nsf/home?open. New users must request a password to access the CECOM IBOP. Once a password in on the drop down menu, choose CECOM W9128Z-04 -R-0025. Companies having the required specialized capabilities to meet the above requirements are encouraged to submit a white paper of 15 pages or less indicating their ability to meet the effort as described above. Papers should be received not later than June 30, 2004. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government reserves the right to consider a small business or 8(a) set-aside based on responses hereto.
