- Description
- Requirement is for NSN 1660-01-450-6120, Lockheed Martin, Cage 98897, P/N 354387-35. This will result in a Firm Fix Price contract. Terms are FOB origin, inspection/acceptance origin, with a delivery of 210 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this NSN. DO NOT call DSCR-VABA for drawing information. If you are not currently in the item description, you must provide a complete technical data package for review and approval. Final contract decision will be based on price, past performance, and other factors as so stated in the solicitation. It is antitipated that award will be made via a delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement. The issue date is 22 Jun 2004. Notes 9, 22 and 26 apply.
