- Description
- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Niku to implement the latest software release, Clarity 7.0, in support of IT investment management and project management. This includes the planning and execution of all steps needed to analyze, prepare and perform the activities necessary to support integration of business processes and technical requirements as they relate to the performance of portfolio management at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. This also includes architecture integration testing, system tuning and software implementation of Niku Clarity 7.0. The procurement will be conducted under other than full and open competition, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). If no affirmative written documentation is received within thirty (30) calendar days of this synopsis, CMS will proceed with negotiations to award to Niku.
