Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION (Logistics services at the National Institute of Environmental Health Services (NIEHS) under Reference Nr. N04GR04. A-76 PERMORMANCE DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the logistics services at the NIEHS function that included requisitioning, receiving, storage, picking and shipping and inventory control. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for logistics services at the NIEHS in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On June 3, 2004, the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition
