- THE BELOW PROJECT HAS BEEN SET A-SIDE FOR ALL 8(a) OFFERORS. ALL FIRMS REQUESTING THIS PACKAGE MUST SUBMIT; AN 8 (a) CERTIFICATE FROM THE U.S. SMALL BUISNESS ADMINISTRATION WITH THEIR REQUEST. ALL REQUEST AND INQUIRES SHALL BE FAXED TO GAIL EDWARDS @(404) 305-5774 OR E:MAIL to Gail.Edwards@faa.gov. Construct the Airport Traffic Control Tower and Base Building at the Fulton County Airport Brown Field, Atlanta, Georgia, Renovations for Fire Protection and Life Safety Modifications. This project shall include but not limited to provisions for a new fire alarm system associated electrical work mechanical & structural modifications, temporary systems, cleanup, protection, testing & all other requirements to provide a complete job. PERFORMANCE TIME: 120 CALENDAR DAYS. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: $100,000.00 TO $200,000.00.
