Description
A fixed quantity, firm-fixed price contract is contemplated for NSN: 2840-01-317-0252NZ, Pratt & Whitney P/N 4064162, NOUN: Anti-icing Cone, QTY: Minimum 4 ea, Medium 8 each, Maximum 12 each, Required Delivery: 1 ea per month May 2005 through Aug 2005 and 4 ea Sep 2005, Destination: Ship to FB2039, Size and Dimensions: Length 4.780 inches, Width 2.930 inches, Predominant Material: AMS 4911 TI Alloy, Form, Fit and Function: Fits on #1 Bearing Housing Cover & Air that is not bled from the strut is directed into cone assembly where it exits through slots into the engine air stream. Qualification requirements are available for this Part Number and data is available upon request. Qualification information can be obtained from OC-ALC/BC, Attention: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Drive, Suite 1AG85A, Tinker, AFB 73145-3009, (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. The only approved source at this time is Pratt & Whitney. Award will be an order against the Pratt & Whitney BOA. Anticipated Award date is 30 Jun 2004. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for solicitations may be faxed to (405) 734-8776. An Ombudsman has been appointed to address concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but communicates contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
