- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Purchase request number is F1335940860100. This solicitation, FA4427-04-T-0006 is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-22 & 23 and Defense DCN 04-0513. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 3426 The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3541. The North American Industry Classification System is 333515 and the associated business size standard is 500 employees. If (2) two or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. Cost must include set-up and operator training at Travis Air Force Base. All items are for a quantity of one (1) except as noted. The items listed are manufactured by Sunnen Products Company.
