- The Directorate of Contracting is soliciting quotes to provide Administrative Support Services to provide support to the Command General Staff College (CGSC) on Fort Leavenworth, KS. Service consists of providing all services, materials, equipmen t (other than Government furnished), and labor to provide the following functions: (1) Provide support to the CGSC instructors through requisition, storage and distribution of instruction material, including maps for resident courses and (2) Provide cl assroom support for CGSC. Prepares classrooms and rehearsal rooms for presentations for resident instructions, seminars, conferences, registrations and clearances on students. Provides security for all classified instruction, delivers student dist ribution, maintains storage facilities for instructional equipment and maintains property inventory for all equipment in the classrooms. The government will provide secret clearances as required. Contractor will furnish own office equipment. Th is will be a firm fixed price contract with a base plus four (4) option years. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710. The size standard for a small business concern, including its affiliates, is average sales or receipts for the preceding three (3) fiscal years, not to exceed $6 Million. The RFP is W91QF4-04-R-0004 and will be offered o/a 8 June 2004. Potential offerors will be responsible for download ing their own copy of the solicitation n and amendments (if any). The incumbent Contractor is Aquasis Inc., 904 E. Gadsden St., Pensacola FL. Current monthly costs are $107,654.50, although the scope will be reduced in the upcoming contract.
