- The Government intends to award a contract to Good Steward Software Inc. for an Energy CAP Enterprise version CD containing program and documentation files including all currently available program features and functionality(item ECEV). The contract will also include installation (item TRE), training, and implementation services(item ECEIS). Equipment and services offered must meet all charactoristics of the Good Steward Software item numbers listed in this announcement.
