This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORP.Cage Code 78286 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing uni que design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offeror must meet prequalifica tion requirements in order to be eligible for award.
