Required delivery without First Ar ticle Testing is 50 each 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Hamilton Sundstrand Corp., CAGE Code: 73030 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Governmen t and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the r equired item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
