The current known quantity for this item is 956 each. This acquisition covers potential requirements for five (5) years for a total maximum quan tity of 2133. Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. Delivery schedule 225 days after contract aw ard. This acquisition requires a Government Tested First Article. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental stage or the developmental and transitional stage. Interested 8(a) firms are encouraged to request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the solicitation will be issued without further notice upon SBA acceptance of the requirement for the section 8(a) program.
