- CHANGE. This action originally publicized in the FEDBIZOPS dated 05282004 is amended to provide additional bidding information: The Pre-Bid Conference and site tour for the Wheatfields Dam Modification will be held on June 22, 2004. The pre-bid conference will be at 10:00 AM MST at the Tsaile/Wheatfields Chapter House followed by the site tour. The Tsaile/Wheatfields Chapter House is located about 2-1/2 miles north of Wheatfields Lake or 45-1/2 miles north of Window Rock on Navajo Route 12, off the left (west) side of the road. Wheatfields Lake is located approximately 43 miles north of Window Rock, Arizona on Navajo Route 12, where the road crosses the dam crest. Further information on the chapter house can be obtained by contacting Mark Watkins of the Bureau of Reclamation at (505) 325-1794, Extension 139 or the Tsaile/Wheatfields Chapter House at (928) 724-3226. This solicitation is not Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Bid Opening Date and Time remains unchanged. Bid opening will be conducted at BIA-Navajo Regional Office, Branch of Contracts, Room 346, Third Floor, Federal Building, 301 West Hill Street, Gallup, New Mexico 87301. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
