- This announcement will modify the announcement issued June 3, 2004, under the same solicitation number. The title of the solicitation is revised to "Draft Solicitation for A Competitive Sourcing Study-Animal Caretakers". The location of the contracting office is revised to what is contained in this announcement. A complete list of the locations for the animal caretakers under study are, in the State of Washington, Carson, Winthrop, Cook, Quilcene, Quinault, Underwood, and Neah Bay. In Idaho, locations are Ahsahka, Hagerman, and Kooskia. In Tennessee, locations are Celina and Erwin. In Arkansas, Heber Springs, Mammoth Spring, and Mountain Home. In Oregon, Estacada and Simnasho. Other locations include Anderson, California, Ellsworth, Maine, Iron River, Wisconsin, Elmira. Michigan, Gardnerville, Nevada, Natchitoches, Louisiana, Orangeburg, South Carolina, Brimley, Michigan, Tupelo, Mississippi, Warm Springs, Georgia, Welaka, Florida, and Jamestown, Kentucky. The dates of issue are revised as follows: The issuance date for the draft solicitation is revised back four days to approximately June 22, 2004, and the estimated date for issuance of the final solicitation is August 4, 2004.
