- Description
- McDonnell Douglas Corporation (MDC) is the developer of the Signal Data Computer (SDC) on the T-45 Training System Program. Therefore, NAVAIR intends to issue a sole source contract to MDC for the conversion of the Signal Data Computer to an Advanced Signal Data Computer (ASDC). The ASDC is a form, fit, and functional replacement for the existing SDC in the T-45 C aircraft. See Note 22.
