- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake requires upgrade of a photovoltaic (PV) power system located at Santa Cruz Island. The procurement will be on a Full and Open Competition basis. The system description and additional information will be provided in the Statement of Work, which is included in the solicitation which will be issued on or about 23 June 2004 and will close 30 days thereafter.
