Description

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment, and supervision to replace windows at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center in Moundsville, West Virginia. The work includes removal and disposal of existing windows and providing blast resistant windows, masonry repairs, and incidental related work. The approximate solicitation release date is June 22, 2004. The estimated cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238990 and the size standard is $12,000,000. This solicitation is unrestricted with a 10% evaluation preference for HUBZone small business concerns. The contract shall be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract with a performance period of 120 calendar days. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only.
