Description

Modification No. 1 This requirement has been setaside for SBA 8(a)contracting. General Services Administration has a requirement to relocate several Federal agencies including US Bankruptcy Court, US Trustees, US Marshals, Probation, Bureau of Prisons,United States Department of Agriculture and US Department Labor. Some with more one than one location. Move will take place in Phoenix Arizona (Origin and Destination). Point of Origin addresses include: 522 North Central Avenue, 3003 North Central, Avenue, 2029, N. Central, 4000 N. Central, 3221 N. 16th St., and 77 E. Thomas Road. Destination Point: US Courthouse, 230 N. 1st Avenue. A negotiated procurement (RFP) is anticipated for this move requirement. Professional furniture and modular systems installer companies will be required to perform all furniture and modular systems Disassembly and reassembly services. Professionals are also required to perform disassembly and reassembly of Filing systems, Space-savers, Times-2 filing systems etc. Systems and Modular furniture brand names include Steelcase, Kimball, Herman Miller, etc. Contractor is to provide labor, management, material, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform relocation.
