Description
THIS MODIFICATION IS POSTED TO INCREASE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE AND PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR THE LEASE ACQUISITION. REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 3,517 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Quincy, Illinois. Space must be in an attractive, convenient location for public access of new or nearly new design and construction, or older facility with tasteful rehabilitation in modern use that is determined acceptable by the Government. Existing, proposed, or sites for new space will be considered. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the city limits of Quincy, Illinois. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site reserved parking must be provided for four vehicles. In addition, four secured indoor parking spaces are required. Indoor parking/storage for one boat is also required. Space must be ready for occupancy by January 1, 2005. LEASE TERM: Term is 5 years, 3 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 3 years.
