Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: This amendment to the small business set-aside RFQ W911QX-04-T-0092 adds an on-site walk- through/inspection of the autoclaves to be repaired. The walk through/inspection will be at 0900 on June 17, 2004. The location of the walk through will be Bu ilding 4600 on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005. Interested suppliers may attend by arriving promptly at Bldg. 4600 at 0900 on June 17, 2004. Suppliers can only enter through the Route 715 gate (off Route 40). There is a uniformed guard gate at the 715 gate entrance that will require two forms of identification and a valid car registration. The due date for the submission of proposals is also extended to 1200 noon on June 23, 2003; no late proposals will be accepted. Photographs of the subject autocl aves are available upon written (email) request to the contracting officer. The contracting officer can be emailed at gdavies@arl.army.mil. Suppliers are not required to attend the walk-through or review photographs in order to provide a proposal. The d ue date for proposals under W911QX-04-T-0092 is changed to 1200 noon June 23, 2004.
