- NSN(s): 4310015094718, Repair Kit, Compressor, P/N 204-35413-1. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Other than full and open competition applies. Total PR quantity is 56 ea., with a 50% option (See Clause I17D01). Material will be shipped to Tracy, CA. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 25 June 04 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Delivery requested is 60 days. FOB is Destination, inspection and acceptance will be at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Rix Industries, Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
