Description

Sources are being sought for qualified contractors to provide contracted services for sludge removal and disposal. The selected contractor shall provide all necessary resources to remove treated sludge from an anaerobic digester at the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the U.S. Air Force Academy, Colorado, and transport and dispose of the sludge at a landfill properly permitted to handle digested sludge. Preliminary estimates are at 42000 gallons per week. The Government is contemplating a base year with four option years firm fixed-price contract. Please be advised that we are only seeking qualified, interested contractors at this time for market research purposes.
