- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM ARDEC, on behalf of AMSRD-AAR-AEE, the Future Armaments of Engineering Center, anticipates issuing a sole source award (under FAR 6.302-1) to AEROJET, Highway 50 & Areojet Road, Sacramento, CA 95813 to provide specialized expert consultation and engineering services during the establishment of a cast cure explosive loading facility at ARDEC. These services will include the preparation of SOPs, environmental documentation and hazards analysis for cast cure explosive loading using the cast cure system at ARDEC Picatinny. Interested sources shall respond by providing the following detailed information: (1) experience in the research and development of new cast cure explosive (2) experience in the manufacture of cast cure munitions (3) experience in explosive consulting services and experience with preparation of Hazards Analyses and environmental permitting. Period of Performance shall not exceed (1) year. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION, NOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANT COSTS INVOLVED FOR SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
