Description

Provide QA sampling and testing services for construction contracts administered by the Corps of Engineers, Portland District. Performance period is for a Base Year with four option years. To request a copy of the Request for Quote(RFQ), register o n line at https://www.nwp.usace.army.mil/ebs. The RFQ will be issued on our website on or about 8 March 2004. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, have an average annual sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $10 million.
